What I am looking for?

Someone to help me with my cover letter in the job application
AND
Help with enhancing original CV or redoing a new one, but I love my CV to have colours and animations because it shows my unique character

I am looking for someone, who has a success rate, of getting people job roles - beyond their skills and qualifications. I've worked in childcare for so many years and I've done so much, within the role, but others who have years of senior management and other higher roles, are more favoured. However I know that I have what it takes

I need someone that desires to know in detail, what if done in my career roles, so they can pick out whats relevant to the role

I've got a CV that is very colourful and animated because I like to stand out, but it looks professional at the same time, not sure how you can edit it
