I need someone to write proposals and job adverts

Description of Business Development: I need someone to write proposals and job applications for my business. I am very busy at the moment and i don't always have time to write proposals for potential work or fill out applications. I would like to work closely with someone who is experienced in writing proposals for potential work. This will be a regular appointment - How i envision this working is by initially setting up a meeting with the potential candidate so you understand my line of work and requirements and then passing on proposals for you to write an send them off to the relevant parties.

Please ignore expected budget as this can be negotiated.
