I need my resume reviewed and corrected. Not a CV I need a US based Resume

Extra notes: Basically mine is awful. I am getting in with the people who want to work with me but get "I want to hire but your resume is awful" The thing is about 5 pages long and has about 15 years of coverage, but its to large, written backwords, has way to much info in it, and the present and past tense entries are not correct. I need someone who can write a resume, correctly and proper per industry standards.

I will answer any questions you have, but you must have previous experience in resume writing and it has to be fully reviewed and I must accept it fully before the project is considered complete. So I may ask it to be edited or modified, I'm not going to feature creep but I may want a few revisions.

I work full time in Information Tech, as a Systems Engineer. I get a lot of interviews when I'm looking for work but really wonder if my resume is updated will it lead to more interviews.

I can provide you with my dusty old resume. And would like a conversation regarding what I want on it, and what skills matter most for me as my career path changes.
