I need help with a job application using STAR method

My partner is applying for a position as a trainee train conductor with Transport for Wales. She has previously applied but was unsuccessful so thought it may be beneficial to get some expert help. Some of the questions in the application need to be answered using the STAR method which I think is where she may have failed last time. Application closing date is 00:00am April 8th so needs to be completed ASAP. She has an up to date CV and a previous application already filled out which is a starting point that would need to be edited and suitably rewritten. Also if you think the CV would benefit from any additional tweaks we may get you to look at that also though I'm pretty sure it's already decent.
