I need a professional cv and cover letter please

I have a dilemma of sorts, I would like to apply for a position within an international aid organization, and I haven’t’ a clue how to construct a proper CV geared towards this sector, I have been involved in various roles which differ greatly, however I do have a great deal of experience internationally, and was once a missionary in my younger days.
I have an old CV,of which would give you an overview of my previous roles,along with a list of direct voluntary work carried out over the years.

This is a plea for help, as I have put this off for over six months, not really knowing what to do.
