i have built up a debt of 3000 with hmrc for not filing any accounts. they are filed now, and they told me to write a letter explaining why i wasnt able to file and they would likely remove the fines.
i am looking for someone to write the letter for me, and come up with a good excuse, as to why it wasnt possible.
