What unique set of skills do you bring to the job? Remember that although it's in primary care you will have to have well developed risk assessment and management skills.

Be able to talk through one bit of client work your proud of in detail - again, probably sensible to make this specific to the kind of difficulty your likely to see in primary care/prison service.
And vice versa, one bit of work you mucked up on and what you learnt from this.
Prepare for a risk scenario based question.
What are your views on supervision, what's your experience of delivering, do you follow a specific model?
How can you maintain good links with primary care services and in particular GPs or prison in-reach services.
