Help with a job application - describe criteria

Describe criteria which make an applicant a suitable candidate for a job. If CV is required I can provide it.

Essential criteria are those identified as necessary to undertake the duties of the position. Please explain, using examples, how you meet each of the essential criteria in the Person Specification. You should refer to relevant skills, experience, and achievements you have gained from paid work, unpaid / voluntary work, work at home, through your studies or through leisure activities.

Desirable criteria are those that may enable the appointed candidate to perform better or understand the job more quickly but these elements can also be learned on the job. A selection panel will consider how you meet any of the desirable criteria, particularly when the field is competitive. Please explain, with examples, how you meet any of the desirable criteria in the Person Specification.
