As the face of our organisation, our cabin crew are proud of the quality service they deliver on board and of the high standards of safety they maintain for passengers and fellow crew members.
Our staff all work in accordance with company and regulatory policies and procedures demonstrating total commitment to ensuring easyJet remains Europe’s preferred short haul airline delivering market-leading returns.
Our cabin crew work in teams of four, three cabin crew members, reporting into a cabin manager. Together they make the in-flight experience of all customers onboard an enjoyable one.
We always love hearing from people who want to join our team. . We have a few requirements that you’ll need to meet so please take a look at the list below before you send us your application:
• Check safety and security throughout the cabin
• Maintain consistently high onboard standards
• Be responsible for cash taken during the flight
• Show willingness to take and accept responsibility for crew/customers. Take the initiative to address difficult issues
• Maintain Cabin Crew qualification
• Ensure compliance with company policy/procedures in accordance with the easyJet Operations Manuals
• Ensure sales targets are met/exceeded
• Contribute to Cabin Crews delivery of On Time Performance
• Contribute to Cabin Crews delivery of Customer Service
• Strive to maintain Operational Excellence and Efficiency

1. Why do you want to be Cabin Crew?
I want to be Cabin Crew as I enjoy teamwork and delivering excellent customer service. My current role is extremely customer service orientated and working in accordance with company and regulatory policies; which has direct comparison to the role of Cabin Crew. In addition, one of my friends has pervious worked for you and recommended I apply as she thought I would fit in and adapt within the company ideals’. Furthermore, this role offers be a new challenge which is what I am looking for, and know this is an ideal job for me following my research into the role, also, this opportunity also offers me the ability to build and improve on the current skills I have.
2. Why do you want work for Easy Jet?
Having researched into the company, it was clear for me to see that the Easy Jet values its staff as they are to key to the continued success of the business. In addition, my personal experience of flying with easy jet has been very pleasant the staff are always well presented, extremely helpful and the company offering value to the public, this together has ensured that I am making the correct decision to apply for the role of Cabin Crew
3. Please give an example of when you had to persuade a customer (or colleague) to see a particular point of view at work?
4. Describe a situation where you had to work effectively as a member of the team?
