CV Review - Contract Finance or Tech

I have some CVs that need to be improved specifically from the point of view of securing contract work in the Financial Sector or in Technology.
Would appreciate proposals from people who have contract recruitment experience in those sectors (recruiting for contract is subtly different to recruiting for permanent staff).
Will have multiple opportunities for good quality work.
Basically want to take an existing CV, review and rewrite some of the content to make it more attractive to a potential contract hirer, identifying the relevant skills. The candidate will be available to ask questions. In fact asking the right questions is key to this.
Would also like someone to be able to identify the sorts of roles that the CV (and the candidate) is relevant for and have an idea of the day rates that candidate could attract in those roles as to what's realistic.
