Read through and correct any spelling mistakes.

create 2 different CV’s. 1 for sales roles and 1 for sales management roles.

Tailor the professional profile section so it reads either “sales professional” or “Sale manager/director” for each different CV. Remove the Marketing experience from the "Sales professional" CV and include it in the "Sales Manager/Director" CV in “skills and core competencies” Also include a bullet point or 2 below each role you’ve had marketing experience on "Sales Manager/Director" CV

Try to reduce the overall amount of text on CV . Condense it so it will be easier to see the key info.
