    To complete all the elements requested to a good standard you are looking at over three hours work. After PPH takes their cut, this would leave a budget of under £2 per hour. No experienced writer is going to work at this price point and you will only attract 'writers' with English as a weak additional language. Frankly, I am fed up with people posting jobs with a scope that is not reflected in the price. Good luck, but it's not something I will be wasting a proposal credit on.
