WORD FOOTNOTING EXPERT

I have a 9 page report that has citations that need to be footnoted. I am attaching a sample page. The Citations are all on a separate page ‘References’ that I also attach.
The citations are duplicated or used in multiple spots
Please follow the following convention for footnoting
Recommendations:
• First Use: Provide the full citation in the footnote.
• Repeated Immediately: Use "Ibid."
• Cited Again Later: Use a shortened note (e.g., Author, Shortened Title, Page).
This approach will make the document adhere to professional standards.
