Experience Level: Expert
Job is to work through a list of proteins, and to create a small paragraph on each protein (Wikipedia list nearly all of them, and to edit content to have a consumer health focus).

Price is per hour and it is expected the each protein search and quick edit takes 5 mins (12 per hour).
