Research my Landlord

- I have a commercial lease on a shop, I pay a service charge to a management company
-I have recently been served a section 20 and being chased by the management company to pay this.
-My current lease expires in Dec 2024 with a 10 year renewal agreed.
- I pay my rent to another management company.

From my own quick research, I can see the director of my landlords company is the same as the director of the property development company I pay and used to be a director on the management company I pay.

There seems to be evident links between these companies and I need to find further proof, i need main research on this, and any ties oe interest the landlord(s) have in my local area. And any evidence of past endevours where propery has been purchased, served a section 20, converted then sold.
