Research for a business book

Hi,

I'm a published author, looking for some help with some desktop research for a new business book (leadership).

I'll be asking you to find:
- academic papers and summaries
- credible sources of business statistics (please give your understanding of this in your reply)
- case studies of leadership in companies (please tell me where you'd look first for these)

This is likely to be an ongoing project over the next few months, but for now, I'm looking for approx 20-30 hours of research, to be completed over the next few days.

NOTE - budget there is a placeholder - please let me know your hourly rate and we can go from there.
