Read the reading material and create a glossary + concept map

You need to read through the reading material (28 pages) (attached) and create an individual glossary with the most relevant terms in relation theoretical material. The objective of the activity is to identify terms and concepts, and define them (according to the reading material and any extra material that you may find).

Once you have completed the glossary, you must create a concept map (example attached) using the key terms in the glossary. This should be based on the concepts mentioned in the reading material and accordingly connected in the concept map.

The concept map should be organised hierarchically and linked to one another through any type of connector that indicates the hierarchy of one or more concepts in relation to the other(s). Different graphic elements can be used to organise in a hierarchical manner: colors, fonts, font size, AutoShapes, etc.

The Glossary must be delivered in a Word document, written in Times New Roman 12 point font with 1.5 spacing, and should be two to three pages in length.

The concept map must be presented in English (UK) and in a Word file and must include a list of concepts, which should be linked to a higher or lower concept, as appropriate. A concept that is included but not connected to another will not be taken into account.
