Medical research

I'm looking for a medical researcher to help me with a few tasks and I was wondering if you'd be interested:

1. 4 out of 10,000 people born in the UK are born with an upper limb disability. However I need to break this figure down to understand a) the different types of upper limb congenital anomalies b) the number of people per abnormality to make up the total amount (4 in 10,000). Id ideally like you to complete a table showing a name and description of each upper limb abnomality, and the estimate number of people with the abnormality in the UK and US, including references. (Spreadsheet template will be provided)

2 On the second tab of the spreadsheet I would like to know the number of people with upper limb injuries, such as carpel tunnel, in the UK/US. A list of injuries will provided in the spreadsheet.

3. Im looking for existing reports /studies to show the impact of an upper limb disability on participation in sports, exercise and on confidence. Id like information on congenital upper limb abnormalities and amputees. I have found some dash surveys, but Id like to focus on the groups mentioned above. Also I struggled to understand the results. I can share what Ive found and you can tell me if the reports provide some of the answers Im looking for.
