Literature Review and Finding Scholars

Hi. Hoping this finds you well. I am looking for some help in:

• Identify scholars in the communications, political science, or international affairs whose research could become part of the literature review.
• Identify scholars in the communications, political science, or international affairs who have conducted similar research and whose research model I could replicate for this study.
• Identify scholars in the communications, political science, or international affairs who have written extensively on topics mentioned in the summary.
• Point out ways to narrow down research topic and design.
• Point out potential research methods that could be used to obtain results desired (as mentioned in summary). What skills would I have to learn to accomplish these results (i.e. quantitative skills in the form of R programming, etc.)

Essentially, I'd like a literature review with prospective scholars. Let me know if you're interested and I'd be happy to share the preliminary research design thus far.
