A portfolio of 7 activities for each area of learning and development which are based on the theme dinosaurs (a template will be given) and a small rationale explaining how they support the area of learning, why you used the resources you did and how they support the characteristic of effective learning with evidence from theorists to support your points, why it is good for children's development (e.g. using crafts as its one of the interests of the children and intrinsic motivation is key to ensure engagement etc this links to the
CHARACTERISTICS OF EFFECTIVE LEARNING, PAGE 6 AND 7- IMPORTANCE OF ENGAGEMENT AND CHILD's INTERESTS and supported by theorist etc...). you would also need to adapt 1 activity illustrating at the moment adapting based on circumstances, e.g. the pandemic

A PowerPoint specifically focused on the adapted activity with theoretical evidence for why the adaptation was ideal and supports the children's learning, how the activity links to the EYFS etc.. a plan and checklist of what is needed to be written will be provided.

Needs to be completed in one week!
