Indian Income Tax Project

Hello,

For my project, I’m looking for someone to compile the entire legislative collection (including but not limited to Tax Laws and Rules, International Tax Treaties, Budgets and Circulars etc.) from the Indian Income Tax Department Webpage. Each piece of legislation needs to be compiled into separate Word document (e.g. Finance Act 1964, Finance Act 1965 etc).

It needs to be presented in a readable and clear format in MS Word. If a legislation has been amended (once or multiple times) by subsequent Acts then a full history of amendments needs to be given in separate MS Word documents. For example if Section X of the Income Tax Act 1961 has been amended by Section A FA 1970, Section B 1980, Section C 1990 and Section D 2000 - then all the records of Section X should be noted (Section X at 1961 (original), at 1970, at 1980, at 1990 and at 2000 (current)).

All legislative references should be in bold and blue coloured font.

Examples has been provided.
