I need real life business case studies

I am writing a leadership book. I have the theory in place, but I need business case studies to bring it to life.
For example - Google introducing 25% your time. Company X CEO taking a pay cut to avoid redundancies.

I am looking for 3 x case studies for each of the following sections (18 in total):
1. Creating vision
2.Motivating and engaging people
3. Empowering and delegating
4. Developing people and feedback
5. Trust and psychological safety
6.Culture and well-being

I can provide more information on these sections if necessary.
I would suggest looking at sites like - hbr.org, inc.com, ioatwork.com, forbes, business insider, hrdconnect.com. There are many others though.
