Editing State-owned enterprises (SOEs) proposal

Our client need some assistance to guide him to address the committee comments. This is DBA not a traditional PhD, so he needs to focus on more contribution to practice rather than academic side.
He needs some guidance on:
- Refine his objectives and make them aligned and connected to each other.
- Modify introduction, literature and background to make sure they are all closely aligned to his newly defined objectives.
Make sure to include all the listed companies both state and nonstate companies for his sample in the methodology. And explain how each of his objectives will be achieved through the proposed methodology.

We need some one with good experience.
