Assistance in Training, development and adult learning research

I am currently doing a research and writing in various topics on training and development in Asia. I am looking for a research assistant who might be able to help me in my research.

This is on adhoc basis. I am new at this, so first discussion is just an enquiry. What kind of services can be provided and what kind of experience or a research with a relevant background in training and development, who can do research and help with research?

I have a workplace in mind already and I have came up with a number of points, in addition to the reading. The topic is below:

Select one topic of an intended curriculum, and propose and justify instructional strategies to align intended, enacted and experienced curriculum. Base your instructional strategies on a taxonomic analysis of the topic (intended curriculum) and analysis of the target learner group. Approx 3000 words.
