Academic Article Full Publishing Support Needed

I am looking for a highly dedicated academic professional to provide support in revising, amending, editing and finalizing an academic paper for the purpose of publication in a highly ranked journal in the field of architecture. Interested professionals will be expected to handle an end-to-end project that includes:

- Revising/ editing/ upgrading content/ of an academic paper of around 9,000 words in preparation for publication. Q1 Scopus indexed journals are targeted. The service should comprehensively include academic merit and contribution, logical sequence, sentence structure, overall preparedness for publication, etc.
- Identify most suitable journal to apply to, and have the paper prepared as per journal requirements.
- Directly handle the submission process on behalf of the author.
- Support the submission process, receiving and answering reviewer comments, and amending the paper accordingly.
- Repeat the process in case of received rejection through sourcing another journal. The requirement is to support the whole process until securing acceptance.
