I RECEIVED MANY QUERIES AS TO THE NATURE OF THE WORK AND IF ONCE OFF OR LONGER TERM. There is a possibility of continuing work pending the need to go to tribunal(likely) however because my funds are low I have not been able to hire a solicitor and all work has been done by myself to date with thorough research. That said if accepted by the tribunal my insurance will cover up to 50k work of legal costs…hence why this document is so important to get right and why I want someone that will be as outraged as I and not just consider this a job….big ask I know but I believe there is someone out there.
The initial job is URGENT (need immediate start) proofreading word editing, some rewriting and maybe some research the current doc is 22k words however it contains cut and pastes for case law and other relevant info taken from the internet, which would NOT need to be corrected but shows up in the word count.
Background
I need someone not afraid of a big corporate (however if you wish to remain anonymous that is fine but as this will likely hit the press in the UK and USA I am happy to list your effort) to assist me with an overdue submission to the Employment Tribunal after being wrongly dismissed contrary to the Whistle Blower (PIDA Act) and in violation of the Equality Act for discrimination against a disability and also breaching my home network and both my fiancees and mine personal phones. This disability was developed due to the stress of what has been ongoing since March 17 2015.
I have been diagnosed with subacute combined degeneration of the spinal cord due to functional B12 deficiency which my neurologist has formally written was indirectly caused by the stress. This because numbness is hands and feet and the B12 deficiency make concentration very difficult so there is section that have been duplicated and/or out of order. Plus as a Yank my use of the “Queens English" or Word formatting/styles is admittedly not at a level I can be proud to submit as is, but have a need for it to be done ASAP.
I have been struggling to format and arrange my evidence. I also have not been paid since July and have had to withdraw pension funds to keep afloat. That said I will pay whatever is required for the right person, just ask you be kind ;-)
When you see and hear (voice recording of me and senior execs/their lawyer’s conversations) you will understand the blatant disregard that they and their SOLICITORS have shown to UK/EU/USA Law. My diligence in collecting all the evidence has been put in jeopardy as I have recently become aware that they and their solicitor’s discussions with me on an amicable resolution were just to delay me past the official 3 months filing deadline. The Tribunal does have the ability to override that requirement if they find it was not reasonable or practical for me to formalise my complaint by the deadline, or with any violation of the Equity Act if it is just and equitable to grant the extension. Hence why it is quite possible this will make the news, if they force me into a tribunal. I will give you full public credit for your assistance. If you are open to have a brief call today I would be most grateful for those that reply to include a tel number.
I have thought that it would be best to take the document and transpose it into a format use by the Crown prosecutors when drafting an indictment ( http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/d_to_g/drafting_the_indictment/index.html#content ) however I realise not are areas will be applicable and I am, open to suggestions/rewriting. While not necessary any HR/Legal experience would be great as it would cut done on any further research
