Description
Experience Level: Expert
I am ready to move forward with registering a new society under the Societies Registration Act 1860 as adapted in Uttar Pradesh, and I need someone who can take the entire documentation workload off my hands. The list of founding members is complete and their KYC proofs are already in place, so your focus will be on drafting, formatting, and packaging every paper the Registrar of Societies expects.
You should know the state-specific nuances—Form A, Memorandum of Association, Rules & Regulations, affidavits, executive committee resolutions, and the covering application—with the correct stamping, notary language, and page sequencing that the Lucknow (or relevant district) office insists upon. Experience with Hindi-English bilingual drafting is a plus because most submissions here are bilingual.
Deliverables I expect:
• Print-ready and editable soft copies (Word + PDF) of all statutory forms, MoA, and Bye-laws
• Any supporting declarations or affidavits, already formatted for ₹10/₹100 stamp paper as applicable
• A submission checklist so I can track each enclosure before the appointment at the Registrar’s counter
• Brief filing guidance: where to sign, which pages need member signatures, and how many sets to carry
If you have successfully filed societies in Uttar Pradesh before, this should be straightforward. Please share a quick note on your past filings and the approximate timeline you need to hand over the completed kit.
