Proofreading & Full Editing for 2nd Edition Novel

This is the 2nd edition version of my novel. My novel contains 47,774 words in total, 143 pages long, font style Times, and font size 11. My novel genre is romantic fiction and my target audience are women or anyone from the new age spiritual community. This project requires you to sign a None-Disclosure Agreement. I’m seeking the following assistance:

* When editing or proofreading my novel, please do NOT do the following:

- Please do NOT change the font size of the words in any single page
- Please do NOT change the font style of any words from any page
- Please do NOT do not modified the left or right Margins spacing or top or bottom margins. I have someone else to do that for me.
- Please keep all of my poems with pictures in the same page. Do not cut my poem page in two pages. Keep them in one page.

* Things to Note: 

When editing please also assist me with paragraph indentation. I’m not clear when should a paragraph be indented.

* Please help in reducing repeated words. For example, If “I said” or “I responded” is used a lot, try to find other ways to show what the characters are saying to reduce repetition.
