Proofread and revise User Manuals (English)

I need someone with good command over English language and experience of writing or proofreading user manuals to review and revise the user manuals of the smart watches.

Manuals are straight forward and self explanatory, however there is margin for improvement in terms of written language and format. Please note I do not want very complex wordings, the language must be simple and easy to understand.

The VR67 manual in a word format however VR87 manual is in the PDF format and I don't have software to convert PDF to word. Therefore I need someone who can also write the VR87 manual in word when proofreading. The images of the watch can be copy and pasted from the PDF easily using any tool (like snip it).

I need this work done very quick so I would consider freelancers who can review and revise the manuals as soon as possible.

I also need this manual translated into French, Spanish, Italian and German languages. If someone has command over any of these languages then I am happy to pay extra for the translation. I do not prefer translation using the software.
