Non-Fiction Manuscript Editing

It's a non-fiction manuscript and nothing technical. It needs to be revised thoroughly and reformatted such that there are distinct paragraphs. I will also appreciate having a title for each chapter (any ideas you have are fine). The first chapter is done (but your suggestions are welcome) while other chapters remain untouched. Would you please let me know what you would charge for this task? The manuscript has 39 pages, 28 chapters, 12,300 words. I think some of the chapters will need to be combined as well (some are as short as half a page!). Is there any chance you can turn this around in 24-48 hours? Thanks!
