Extra notes: This role is not principally about writing or proofreading though there is an element of both. It is about determining the content of a campaigning magazine which informs, entertains and educates and, above all, motivates. The duties are to develop a structure, commission or otherwise source material around population and sustainability issues, such that a balanced publication ensures. Typical subjects might include environmental, resource, demographic and rights issues. The magazine sits midway between our other publications: a bi-annual academic journal and a monthly newsletter. Its content is for an educated general audience. As a guide, copy dates have historically been at the end of December and June.
