I have started a vegan recipe blog lately, and because English is not my first language, I need a long-term proofreader for my blog
Previously I had another proofreader looked after my website; however, she left due to a newborn baby, now I desperately need someone that I can trust and work for the long term.
Writing style – As you can see, my blog writing style is pretty casual, informal and storytelling. For the recipe, a lot of sentences are repeating from recipe to recipe, which doesn't require much professional knowledge for proofreading and hope can be quick work.
Amount of work – At the moment, I only write 3-5 recipes per week. But soon I want to do more article and targeting to youtube video, hope more job and budget for very the very soon feature.

Also, you've talked about repetition which makes it sound like you're looking for an editor rather than a proofreader and if that's the case the rate you're talking about seems a bit low - any movement available in your budget?
