French words and phrases used in novel proofread

I'm hoping someone might be willing to proof-read a few pages from a novel I'm working on.
One of my characters goes for a weekend to Paris with a friend, and so they speak a few French phrases and words.

I have made a WordDoc with all the French I've used throughout this particular chapter, (all of the French in in red bold text) and I'm hoping to have any mistakes corrected.

I left enough of the English in to show the context of what they are saying, along with brief explanations, (like when they are in the hotel, in the car, etc.)

It is 1,400 words in total, primarily in English and there are twenty-eight words or short phrases in French which I would like to be proof-read. There is one phrase ( ça alors ) I used, but wasn't sure if another might be better- suggestions are welcome!
