Finish a document by adding in correct MLA 7th edition data

I have written a chapter in an academic book, that 35 approx references used in the text, web, books etc. Each reference is hyperlinked at the correct part of the page as I have gone along and written this. . I need you to add in the citations and so on correctly as well as prepare the Bibliography in MLA format. Access to web pages can be listed as as Jan 15th 2016. Should be a quick job for anyone skilled in this area. The work itself is proof read already, so its just the MLA element that needs adding.

If this goes well i have more to do.
