job purpose: to ensure Retail Banking has the systems and solutions in place to support day to day opeations. to liaise with PG/EPM and IT for changes in Retail Systems. To timely execute the tasks/projects assigned by Retail Banking and to create the required deliverables. To coordinate with Retail units for their requirements, testing and executing new system and solution changes.
I am also currently on on job training in the bank dhofar branch as customer service to better understand real life operations with customers.
