Counter checking a content and upgrade it if necessary (weekly)

We are looking for someone to upgrade an excel sheet using simple HTML. On every Friday once in a week, the project responsible should go into a web-page where there is a content regarding a very useful information for our project. We do own a subdomain, which simply summarizes this information in different sections. This information is stored on an excel sheet which is the source content of the project.

The project responsible, should compare the latest content on our page with the original web-site and remove the outdated content and update it with the most recent one. In order to accomplish task, project responsible should now a bit of HTML.

We expect this task to be done within 2 hours.
