Book draft editing, fine tuning and proof read for publishing

The task is to write through, edit and finalize the draft of a non-fiction book about going into nature can make us all more creative. In the current version is a draft 75 A4 pages (app 35.000 words). The steps there is need for an experienced English writer/editor to:
1) write through junk draft
2) writing surgery draft
3)) writing last draft
4) editing substantive
5) fine tuning / proof read for text to be ready for publishing
