Any writers out there who understand “personality disorders”

Hi I’ve written a letter to my ex partner, she left me 8 weeks ago, I went no contact around 4 weeks ago after chancing her and getting rejected. This is the 6th time she’s left me in 3 years. She became disabled 4 years ago and had a lot of mental health, including narcissistic, Boarder line Personality disorder and avoidant attatchment issues from her past. Very messy and unstable and she pushes me away. This time she says she doesn’t love me and is unhappy. So I’ve written her a letter to explain I understand her and I’m willing to stand by her if these are the reasons. But I’m scared with my contemy it might make her rage or push her further away. I know this isn’t a therapist session or site. Just maybe someone out there who can help. Thanks im advance
