US Writer - Concept development & ghost writing (family entertainment)

For a brand new concept in family entertainment.

I am based in the UK near London, and I'm looking for an American Children's Author to work with the Project Team to
1. assist with developing the concept, characters and storylines,
2. produce a synopsis for the first book in the series, then ghost write the first book in the series (and possibly later books)

For this Job I have a budget for 11 hours, at £26 per hour = £286.00

If you are interested in this, please submit a Proposal that also confirms that
a. you will not disclose any information about the project to anyone outside the nominated project team (I will give you the names and contact details of team members), at any time during or after the Job (unless I give you explicit permission in writing), AND
b. materials and deliverables produced by you (the Seller) in relation to the Job, and related intellectual property rights, will transfer to me (the Buyer) upon successful payment for the Job (as per Section 2 of the PPH Terms and Conditions).
