Summarize & Re-Write Text for New Audience

I am looking for someone to take an eBook written on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and summarize the main points, while re-writing those points for a new audience. It is important that it is re-written, as not to infringe on the authors IP or to be seen as plagarism. This will become part of a course offered to coaches.

The main aspects of ACT in the book is covered in a 140 pages. I am not expecting that amount of pages in return, but what is returned, must be substantial enough to ensure the reader understands the processes covered. I would think 40 to 60 pages would be realistic.

Any other material and research pulled from the internet can be used too. So it doesn't have to come strictly from the book I provide, although I do think this book comprehensively covers what ACT is.
