Big promise: I can help leaders leave a legacy as mentors and coaches so those who work with them say "This guy really cared and helped me achieve my ambitions in a thriving company"

RIOT and SERVICE
Respect - earned not thru position
Individual meetings are the key to building a team. There is an I in team!
One thing - from meetings and answers implement sensible suggestions as this gains trust like nothing else.
Team of leaders - people allowed and have initiative
Strengths/Entrust/Respect/Vision/Inspire/Connect/Empower
