TOPIC: In the inpatient medical/surgical population how does technology system and effective
communication compare to not using technology system and effective communication affect
medication errors

-minimum of 10 pages (excluding references page) (max 12) include the following:

1. Introduction- This section of paper should include general information about the
topic, without presenting any bias. There should be
evidence to support your statement (literature). Also, in this section you should
discuss what will be discussed in this paper.
2. Problem Description. This is the introduction to your paper and should include
some ample literature to substantiate statements. here must be at least 2 sides
to the question (so compare and contrast the two sides). This section of papers should include general information
about the topic chosen, without presenting any bias.

4. Literature Review should include at least 3 articles per positions (yes or no).
Literature must originate from peer reviewed journals within 5 years old, some
could be older for this paper 10 - 15 years old

- Do a MEDLINE or CINAHL search to determine what is available (within the last five
years) in the literature. A couple of literatures have to be within 5 years for each
topic, others could be older 10-15 years
