I need a 15 minute comedy film script written

Three female Uni students live together in London. It is Saturday morning and they wake up hungover- not remembering anything from the previous night. The landlord has called wanting outstanding rent, but they are broke. Obstacle after obstacle follow the girls on a sometimes hopeless journey of living in London poor.

I am looking for a writer who has understanding of young female British culture and what it's like to live in London poor.

I have samples of bits of the script - however need help putting it all together.
