Ghost write a book (not sure on Word count, Would expect over 20000

Extra notes: I am looking for someone to help me put together my book idea. Ive been trying to do this for the last 5 years, BUT its not my "bag".
Its autobiographical & I need advice on how much to put in, what to leave out, time frame to cover, subjects to use/not to include.
I cant type as much as I used to (all will be revealed) so this is why I need someone with good ghost writing/editing skills.
Im aiming for it to go for sale online initially BUT I have had 2 journalists ask if I have anything in writing about my life recently, so am thinking there may be other avenues also :)
The subject matter will be provided in the form of my notes (word docs), Access to very personal blogs (over 6 years worth) & childhood memories.
My Budget is an "idea" of what I currently have available, BUT this (I envisage) would be an ongoing project (not a "quick job" for you) so please don't bid & state a 2 day turn around, as I really want to get this right, Especially now (again I can reveal more when I hear from the right person).
The budget therefore, may be fluid.
