As part of this consultation, as a 3rd generation person (or someone who has good knowledge of the 3rd generation) within the Indian Diaspora living in the UK - i am writing an article to advise the Indian Government in developing policy to shape the engagement of India and the 3rd generation Indian Diaspora.

The below questions are just as a guide and do not feel bound by them.
General Questions
As a tech recruiter and business owner..
- How important you consider the relationship between India and the 3rd generation diaspora?
Generally, to what extent do you believe it is important for India to engage with 3rd and 4th generation diaspora living in the UK?
- Generally, to what extent do you think India is succeeding in engaging the Diaspora?
- What could India be doing better in engaging the next generation to be attracted/drawn to staying in touch with India?
- Is there anything more UK organisations/Government can be doing to enhance engagement between the Indian Diaspora and India.

- To what extent is India engaging with the 3rd generation within Your Expertise/Field?
In your opinion how to you see the future progressing between India and the 3rd generation diaspora both generally and within your Expertise/Field?
