Description
Experience Level: Entry
Male Ghostwriters only, please. The background for this character is as follows: Capitaine Maurice De Ponthieu was a scoundrel, robber, sadist, and a monster. He enjoyed being this way and was very happy with himself. He could happily commit the most abominable atrocities on his fellow human being without a qualm and enjoy inflicting horror on others and then be able to sleep as easily in his bed as a newborn babe. He tried to keep his mind off the beautiful and intelligent slave in the beginning. He wanted her sent to his cabin to serve his peculiar desires but something about her gave him pause. In the back of his mind, lurking like a rat in a sewer was a sense of fear.
Because he wanted to be near her, he had her unchained from the belly of the ship and manacled in his cabin where she was forced to watch his sexual perversions. He never touched her. One-night Yemoja brought the storm and things changed for both, Aduke and Maurice. During the storm, while the seas raged, De Ponthieu challenged the orisha by saying he would be her husband and dominate her. What he did not realize is that Yemoja was willing to toy with him and take her pleasure, but he would find out to his cost what it meant to be the mate of a goddess. Aduke, on the other hand, experienced parthenogenesis and is now expecting.
Maurice was at first upset because he thought someone had impregnated Aduke and went slightly mad to where the crew and slaves feared him. But then he discerns the supernatural occurrence but gives himself credit and now feels that Aduke will give birth to his divine son.
He was trying to get the slaves to a port in Jamaica, but the ship kept redirecting itself back to Hispaniola. Out of frustration, he threatens Aduke and the unborn baby, causing her memory to return; she then turns herself into a huge sea serpent and crushes the ship a short distance from the Haitian shore. De Ponthieu places himself in a large sea chest and floats to shore unseen by the Sea Serpent or the armed slave mutineers.
Of course, I will be providing the outline for the 10,000 words.
