Writer Required to Write About Twitter

Hello,

I am looking for a writer to create a document which is about Twitter. I am looking for a document (to be used web & print) which explains the following:

- What is Twitter
- Basic Functions of Twitter
- Why use Twitter
- How to interact on Twitter
- How to increase number of followers

This is just a guide and more detail will be discussed with the winning bidder. I am looking for approx 3 A4 sides of text to cover the topics above.
