Thanks very much for inviting me to quote: I am delighted to help.
I see your answers and that you have posted this job three times. It will take over an hour to read and get the response right. I'm happy to do it, if it is pre funded - is that ok? Thanks!
Al C.02 Oct 2017Hi

Thanks for the invitation, but before I can bid I need more information. How long should the final letter be? Do you have notes from which I can draft it, if not how should I determine content? Is additional research needed? Are you responding to the specifics of the previous judgment (this will inform me as to how many hours of preparation is likely to be needed). The crafting of a letter is relatively trivial; it is the context which takes the time to understand.
Al C.01 Oct 2017Hi
Thank you for your message
I have UTT judges decision giving the summary of the case and his desision all in 3 pages. So reading 3 pages I think should not take more than 10 minutes.
There is no limit as how long the letter should be but I think or 2 page will be enough to explain as to why I think the UTT judge failed to answer to my questions.
Please let me know where I can send you the notes
thanks
Mike C.01 Oct 2017You ought to be able to send a message to my profile. I'd need more information about this before I can bid, your description doesn't explain the situation you face well and abbreviations can have a multitude of meanings outside of their context.
