STORY ANALYSIS
Do we understand where we are, in time, location, and context?
Is the narrative arc consistent?
Is the story structure comprehensible?
Is the narration progression fluid and coherent?
Do we have a clear and meaningful conflict?
Do we have consistent tension and suspense?
Are the resolution and climax consistent and well-defined?
Are characters having strong personalities (enough to sustain a story)?
Are characters clearly described? Do we need a mini-bio?
Are the character's wants and driving needs, desires, and/or ambitions well presented?
Do we understand the hero’s problems and objectives?
What about the quality of the descriptions (“show, don’t tell”)
Are questions answered? Are there remaining questions?
Are emotions well described?
