Share your Mental Health Journey - Video Participants

We hope that you are all doing well during these challenging times?

Mind Allies is a non-profit organisation providing support for people suffering from mental health.

Due to COVID-19 we all have adapted new ways of working and changed around our lifestyles. Some people found this harder than others, and this is where you will come in.

We are creating new content for our social media sites such as Instagram, Facebook ,Twitter and YouTube.

We are looking to bring together a few people that are interested in recording video content such as sharing your own mental health story during lockdown, how you have been coping, what steps did you put in place to make sure your mental health doesn’t decline, things that motivated you, sharing a few goals you’ve set for yourself and your overall personal coping tips & coping advice.

We want to raise awareness and support for individuals suffering with their mental health during lockdown. We want to spread kindness and love for everyone and most importantly let individuals know that we are all in this together and that we can go through this.

Due to COVID-19, we would ask participants to record their videos from their homes (in a well-lit space), if you are based in London, we are more than happy to do this recording in our Head office based in Marylebone whilst maintaining the governmental social distancing rules.

The deadline for this project is 16th February 2021.

We are looking for people that have previously suffered from mental health or have got some professional background or experience. You can also speak about personal struggles such as unemployment, debt, relationship issues and how you have overcome these.

I am looking forward to hearing your proposals and getting to know a bit about yourself and your personal journey.
